Title: AI & Automation Engineer (Hybrid – Houston, TX)
Location: Houston, TX (Spenwick Campus)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite per week)

We’re looking for an experienced AI & Automation Engineer to help build it from the ground up. If you’re passionate about intelligent automation, AI innovation, and delivering high‑impact solutions across diverse business functions, this role offers the opportunity to shape our future. This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days onsite at our Houston Spenwick facility.
What You’ll Do
- Build RPA workflows (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI‑driven solutions including intelligent agents, ML models, and custom automations
- Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Analyze business processes, assess automation feasibility, and document solution designs
- Test, debug, and optimize workflows and AI models
- Research emerging AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI) and recommend adoption strategies
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and development standards
What You Bring
- 3+ years of RPA and/or AI/ML development experience
- Strong UiPath Studio/Orchestrator skills
- Experience deploying AI models or intelligent agents
- Strong understanding of automation and AI best practices
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud)
- Strong SQL and database experience
- Debugging, testing, and problem‑solving expertise
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Bonus Skills
- Python or Java
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks
- Azure Functions, Azure ML, Logic Apps, or Oracle Cloud
- Exposure to data engineering or data pipelines

Compensation: RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
