About the Role
- 6+ years of software engineering experience (Python, Java, or Node.js)
- 2+ years developing AI/LLM-powered applications
- Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and document ingestion pipelines
- Working proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks — LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude models
- Hands-on experience building chatbot and/or voicebot solutions
- Solid prompt engineering skills — few-shot prompting, structured outputs, and response validation
- Strong problem-solving ability with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
