abra Cloud Division is seeking an AI Adoption & Organizational Productivity Specialist - Microsoft Copilot.
We are looking for a skilled AI Adoption Specialist to lead the practical, secure, and effective adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools among employees and managers at client organizations.
This role requires the ability to bridge technology, people, and business workflows, identify organizational needs and opportunities, design adoption programs, and lead hands-on workshops, trainings, and internal AI enablement activities.
A full-time hybrid position, based in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end AI adoption processes for Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools within client organizations.
• Identify business needs, productivity gaps, and opportunities for AI-driven process improvement.
• Design and deliver adoption plans, workshops, trainings, and practical enablement sessions for employees and managers.
• Support the creation of internal AI communities, champions networks, and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Collaborate with business, IT, security, and management stakeholders to ensure practical, responsible, and secure AI usage.
• Translate business workflows into effective AI use cases that create measurable organizational value.
Requirements
• Hands-on experience in organizational change management, digital adoption, learning & development, or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Microsoft Copilot is a significant advantage.
• Experience leading workshops, trainings, or enablement programs for business users and managers.
• Ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into practical AI use cases.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, proactive, service-oriented, and able to work with multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments.
