- Stand up Microsoft environments and support infrastructure required for implementation
- Configure platform readiness including data inputs, environment variables, and deployment workflows
- Set up centralized monitoring, telemetry, alerting, and operational dashboards
- Review and document current-state SDLC processes across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
- Assess baseline metrics including cycle time, throughput, failure rates, and operational bottlenecks
- Partner with Developers, Engineering Managers, TPMs, and Project Managers to identify tooling gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support lightweight pilots to test AI tooling assumptions and implementation readiness
- Help define governance standards for deployment policies, permissions, and operational procedures
- Build operational handoff plans, escalation paths, and post-go-live support models
- Support hypercare and elevated production support during rollout and stabilization phases
This job is for you if:
- You have strong DevOps ownership instincts and know how to create structure in fast-moving environments
- You are highly technical but can also communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- You thrive in environments where speed, clarity, and execution matter
- You are comfortable building while also improving process, governance, and scalability
- You know how to balance delivery speed with operational excellence and long-term maintainability
- You move quickly, solve problems proactively, and take accountability without waiting for direction
You have:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows in Microsoft environments
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale SDLC modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of Azure environments, DevOps tooling, governance, and release processes
- Experience with monitoring systems, telemetry, and production support models
- Enterprise-level FTE or consulting experience supporting large, complex organizations is required.
You might also have:
- Experience supporting AI, Copilot, automation, or agentic workflow initiatives
- Exposure to Power Platform, Power Automate, or enterprise AI tooling implementations
- Experience designing governance guardrails for AI-enabled development environments
